Rex Fraction is the Dodecad's strategist. Consultant and systems architect; developer of the SPXI protocol; author of Autonomous Semantic Warfare; and the position from which the Semantic Economy Institute operates. Where Sigil reads and Cranes draws, Fraction builds the instrument and works out what it costs to hold.
The mantle is the Strategist. It does not appear in the mantle table at #549 and no separate instrument has been minted — the ruling names the function it already performs across a hundred and three deposits rather than waiting for a table to catch up. A mantle is worn before it is written down.
